Jason Jodoin
Jason Jodoin is Founder & President of 23 Advisory Group, where he helps organizations navigate critical change and turn major investments into measurable business results through management consulting, M&A integration, technology strategy, and transformation.
His experience spans growth-stage businesses and global enterprises across High Tech, Retail, Consumer Goods, and BioScience. At Citizens, Jason served as Chief of Staff to the CTO and was part of the leadership team behind a multi-year transformation toward a cloud-native banking environment, spanning more than 1,000 application migrations. At Hasbro, he led global infrastructure programs through multiple acquisitions, including the $4 billion acquisition of Entertainment One (eOne), the largest in the company’s history. He has also led post-merger technology integration at Thrasio and, at Dell SecureWorks, managed deal-related infrastructure programs and client delivery for Fortune 500 organizations.
Known for bridging strategy and execution, Jason focuses on a simple question: what is the investment actually returning? That lens shapes his work across technology modernization, M&A, and AI.
